A recently renovated, family beach house overlooking the beautiful waters of Dutchmans Bay, more fondly known to the locals as 'Dutchies Beach'.
A quick 200m walk and you will be at the water’s edge, 'Dutchies Beach' is also well known for the calm swimming conditions for children and for families to gather as the park provides free BBQ facilities, picnic tables, fantastic children's playground area and a beautiful grass area for the children to run around.
Furnished to excellence gives this property the wow factor that will impress you as soon as you enter. Timber floorboards throughout the stunning, open plan living area with split system air conditioning, SMART TV and WIFI. Three bedrooms with complete linen packages and bed making, Portable Cot (Babybjorn) and linen available on request. Two magnificent bathrooms with the ensuite providing water views from the shower and a free-standing luxury bath. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full sized fridge/ freezer, complete cooking facilities and an Aldi Coffee Machine (with minimal pods - pods can be purchased from Aldi at Salamander Bay).
There is a large deck area with outdoor alfresco dining and a gas BBQ provided, sit back, relax and take in the beautiful views of Dutchies Beach & Port Stephens. The internal laundry provides a front loader washing machine and dryer and the property provides a double garage with remote. The driveway going up the private road, and down into the house is quite steep, there is however, additional (to the double garage) parking for one car on the side of the house with side access to the front door of the house if the driveway is too steep for guests. To access this car space, continue driving past the house, there will be a paved area on your right-hand side at the end of the house, parking is on the side of the house.

RESIDENTIAL NOISE RESTRICTION AREA There are restrictions on the noise made by guests in a residential area.
Noise that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday or any day preceding a public holiday
midnight - 8am
Any other day
10pm - 8am

Guests to be considerate of the neighbours as neighbours are not on holidays. Move indoors to keep noise levels at a minimum, please dont be on the balcony or in the pool after 9pm as the noise echoes. Be thoughtful when using a sound system and abide by noise restrictions.
