'Beach Break 2' is a little treasure of a ground floor holiday unit, just a 1km drive to Shoal Bay Beach, Country Club, restaurants and boutique shopping. If you're after the surf, then Fingal Bay Beach is only a 1.6km drive away.

This two-bedroom, air conditioned, ground floor unit is perfect for children or the elderly as there are no stairs.  The unit features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and complete cooking facilities.  The open plan living area has a wall mounted TV with built in DVD player.

Two bedrooms with the main having a split King bed which can be used as a King when pushed together or 2 separate King Single beds, the second bedroom has a trio bunk and access to the back yard through the sliding door.  The bathroom/ laundry combined provides a shower, toilet, vanity, washing machine and the dryer is located in the loungeroom area. 

There is a large shared backyard and street parking available for the downstairs unit.  We also manage the upstairs unit, so if the extended family is wanting to go away you could have the use of the entire duplex.

Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and no party policy in place.
