As this townhouse is located at the end of the driveway it is quiet and has a real calming feel with expansive views over the parklands and Boat Harbour.

The main bedroom is on the upper level and has a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, private balcony with water views and ensuite with shower over bath, toilet and vanity. Bedrooms two and three are on the middle level, they both have ceiling fans and access to the deck so you can hear the relaxing sounds of the wildlife and waves crashing. The main bathroom is also on this level, it provides a shower over bath, vanity and toilet. fantastic European style laundry with washing machine and dryer is also provided om this level.

There is a large fully equipped, modern kitchen with ceassa stone benchtops, dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge and gas cooking and to top it off a fantastic European style laundry with washing machine and dryer.
