This middle floor two bedroom unit has a sunny balcony and is well positioned in a small complex.
"Sailfish" is close to the water, shops and restaurants, you can park the car and walk along the the waterfront walkway to everything Nelson Bay has to offer. The unit has great views looking over Nelson Bay Marina and waterways, you can sit back and relax either on the balcony enjoying a BBQ breakfast and watching the boats go by or sit inside in the comfort of air conditioning. The complex is framed by the lovely 'Laidler Reserve' where you have the walkway leading down to the cruise checkout centre and Marina, the reserve also provides you the bonus of additional parking.
