Beach holidays have never been any better, location, position and the casual feel of this unit is just perfect. Access to the beach is down a path that meanders through the passionfruit trees where you cross the road to the favouritable 'fly point' beach. The comfortable unit has two bedrooms, the kitchen has a dishwasher and above bench oven with hot plates, washing machine located in the bathroom and a personal clothes line. The living area is open plan with a slight water view, but the bonus here is the fantastic roof top common area which has tables, chairs, 2 BBQ's and the best views of Nelson Bay and the Marina. There are 2 car spaces out the back of the complex which is accessed off Shoal Bay Road, no garage is available even though it is in the photo. Park the car and everything is at your finger tips, the beautiful white sands across the road, the park directly behind with bike and skate park and all water activities, restaurants, cafes and shops within a 5 minute walk on the pathway. This property doesn't supply sheets or towels and is strictly NO PETS and NO PARTIES.
