This unit is perfect for your next holiday getaway in the Bay. Seashells is only a few minutes walk into the Nelson Bay CBD where you can enjoy lunch at one of the many cafe's, grab some groceries to enjoy at home or browse around the many boutiques and shops that Nelson Bay has to offer.

This three bedroom apartment has loads of features including air conditioning, ensuite, balcony, modern furnishings, washing machine and dryer. 'Seashells' also provides a lift, inground pool, BBQ area and secure undercover parking.

There is one allocated parking spot in the undercover carpark, unless you have a small car, you will find it quite narrow, however there are another 3 guest spaces under cover and plenty of street parking directly outside the apartment.

Sheets and towels are not provided at the unit, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and no party policy in place.
